Embracing Distraction

There are days when I do not want to work. When my to do list beckons and looms. When laundry is unlaundered, food is uncooked, and floors remain unswept.

There’s a value in distraction. There’s the potential to discover some new inspiration, or to let ideas simmer and marinate.

Then again, there are those days when my husband and his son see the title of this post, and decide we need to shoot video.
